Marci Cogdill, FNP-C
Family Nurse Practitioner

Marci Cogdill is a native Oregonian, growing up in Salem, OR.   She has had a long career in Health Care here in the community.  Marci spent 20 years working as an RN at Salem Hospital, alongside owning and operating several Adult Foster Care Homes during this time.  Having a heart for her patients, she wanted to do more so she went back to school at the age of 40 to get her NP degree.

Marci did her graduate work at Gonzaga University graduating in 2014 as a Family Nurse Practitioner and is currently certified with the American Academy of Nurse Practitioners.

After working in the community as an NP, she identified some frustrations in the large health care systems that she wished she could change.  She dreamed of a place where patients could get through to the clinic office without difficulty, where patients had quicker access to their Provider, and where the patient - provider relationship resembled a partnership. She also saw a need for in-facility access for her elderly patients who lived in Assisted Living and Memory Care. In 2019, being an entrepreneur at heart, Marci started Compassion Care Family Practice.

Outside of work, Marci likes to travel with her husband, decorate and re decorate any space and spend time loving on her kids and grand babies.
